What is a Wiki, in CustomerVision terms?

Wiki is a term that means rapid, as defined by it's founder Ward Cunningham.  Wikipedia defines this as, " A wiki is software that allows users to create, edit, and link web pages easily."  We agree with this definition, but shouldn't all information for a business, company, organization, or a group be "wiki-ized," with the ability to create, edit and link as required, allowed, etc. by the user.  CustomerVision believes all content, knowledge, documents, blogs, etc. are all part of a global picture referred to as Knowledge Capital and users of that information should be able to interact with that knowledge to drive additional knowledge capital, find the information when they need it and share their experience as well.
