CustomerVision was recently honored by Brandon-Hall learning in the Emerging Technology category. We received the Silver award for Emerging Technology to advance the learning initiatives of organizations. I jointly accepted the award with Joan Coady from Communication Data Services on behalf of our two organizations. CDS utilizes the CustomerVision Enterprise Wiki solution within their organization as an employee resource to augment training, and specifically real-time communication within their customer contact center to answer email, phone and mail inquiries from customers and clients.
